Texas Mutual Insurance Company Document Management Associate interview questions

Was called by a member of the HR staff and a phone screening was performed. Following that a few days later the actual supervisor for the position called and arranged a 1:1 at the company headquarters. Was given a typing test and then proceeded with the interview. Following this the supervisor called back to give the offer and instructions for the drug screening prior to start date.
