Interview
Two interviews were required. The entire interview process was unreasonably long and took several months. Expect the first interview to be conducted by the architect and state coordinator. The second was with the division director.

Question 1
The majority are based on a script, so they're your typical questions. "Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer/co-worker. What happened? How did you handle this situation?"
Would we be able to contact your CURRENT employer?
