The interview process was simple and easy, one of the best I have experienced lately. The CCAT was required, which I took a little bit of time to prepare for.

1. 45 minute Assessment including personality and IQ tests.
2. Screen with Recruiter (was rescheduled by Texada last minute)
3. Interview with Hiring Manager
4. Interview with Sales VP or CRO

Question 1
Basic questions with recruiter. The hiring manager was very detail oriented in her questions regarding process, background, etc. The VP asked questions about my experience with methodology, MAPs, etc.
I don’t appreciate that I went through 4 hours of interviews with these folks and then they didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my multiple follow up messages in the weeks after the interview. In short, they became unresponsive and ghosted me. Very unprofessional and inhumane after taking up so much of my time.
