Interview
Process took over a month with 3 rounds of interviews with the final round being in person. Ghosted after the last round and after following up got feedback that I was being 'highly considered'. When they went radio silent, saw the job get reposted. Don't waste your time, the lack of communication and miscommunication was disheartening.
Multiple conversations with internal recruitment leading to a panel style interview. I was required to present a case study to the panel and then answer questions. I received the prompt for the case study a couple of days before the interview so there was just enough time to prepare.
