The interview process consisted of multiple interview stages which had degrees of overlap in early stage interviews and an extensive assessment and detailed presentation - both slide deck creation and presentation delivery tested. Limited feedback despite multiple stage interviews.

Efficient interview process with head of department followed up quickly with second interview with deputy. Also got to meet some other team members during interview process. Quick decision making and not too many rounds.
