Applied online. Received an email 1 week later for an HR phone screen. Interview went well, and HR was very nice. HR told me that she would be in touch the following week after speaking with the hiring manager. I followed up 3 times after I didn’t hear back the following week. I got ghosted. Position is still up even though I interviewed 2.5 months ago.
