Interview process was easy, phone interview followed by a face to face, then final selection interview. The managers were informative and they were transparent. I felt at ease throughout the process.

They asked me if I had previous experience collecting field samples
Got the feeling that they did not like each other. Made the interview awkward and felt very long especially with the silence between them asking questions. Didn’t even want to take the job if I got it
