The first stage of interview was nice and quite easy. I was waiting for the second stage (translation), but HR has declined my candidacy supporting this with "we are searching candidates with more skills related to translation/proofreading services" without even testing me. If 2 years of translation, a degree, and videogames experience are not enough, it's better not to waste other candidates' time and indicate this in the position requirements.
