Interview
Completed three interview rounds covering CSS, HTML, and DBMS fundamentals, followed by an HR round discussing role expectations, communication skills, career goals, availability, culture fit, and relocation, and compensation discussion.
First, selected candidates are invited to a short introductory call with a recruiter to discuss their experience, expectations, and availability.
In the second stage, candidates take part in a technical or role-specific interview with the hiring manager or team members, where we assess skills and problem-solving abilities.
The final stage is a meeting focused on cultural fit and mutual expectations. After completing all stages, we provide feedback and inform candidates about the final decision.

Interview
The interview process was structured and well-organized. It began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by multiple rounds of technical and behavioral interviews. Each round focused on practical problem-solving, scenario-based questions, and understanding my prior experience. The overall communication was clear and timely, and the team was professional throughout the process.

One key question was: “Describe a security issue you identified and how you mitigated it.”
How I answered: I explained a real example involving API rate-limiting gaps, described how I identified the issue through threat modeling, collaborated with developers for a fix, and implemented WAF protection to prevent recurrence.
