Tessella Software Developer interview questions

A telephone culture interview, followed by an assessment day consisting of a technical task and a culture fit interview. Questions were ask regarding my prior experience and university degree I was interviewed by someone who studied geology at university.

Submitted my application online, it took them 2 months to respond and invite me to an online video call (1 hour). The guy who interviewed me was very nice and friendly, and was forthcoming in answering the questions I had for him regarding the role. I actually enjoyed my interview with him a lot, it was nice to chat to someone technical for a technical role. However, a month and a half later and there's been no communication about my application. Their HR/recruitment seem to be very disorganised.
