Involved two group exercises:
- Designed a car during the year 2099 and had an unlimited budget
- Back to back with a partner and had to build a lego car (one person reads the instructions and other person builds)

Interview
The interview process consists of three and a half hours consisting of varying activities to gauge you on varying factors such as communication, patience and persistence. After each activity there is a break where the recruiters assess how each of you have faired.
