Onsite interview. 1/2 day process. multiple 1-on-1 interviews & a team interview. All low-key & friendly, but you are aware (internally) that they are evaluating you for the job. There was a break for lunch. People were friendly. Did a brief tour of the engineering facility.

30 mins interview, where they focus on engineering fundamentals, mostly beams and their properties. Very fast paced. They want to know your thought process over what the answer actually is.
