I applied through university. I interviewed at Tesla (London, England)
Interview
it was a fairly casual and relaxed, the staff were very welcoming on arrival.
The experience led me to believe that Tesla was a good company to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing in-particular it was fairly informal, just asked about previous experience.
One recruiting screen / interview and then a person interview with two workers. They asked the basic questions and behavior questions. It wasn't too hard nor difficult. If you prep, you'll do fine.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tesla (Eden Prairie, MN)
Interview
after applying, I received an email from their nationwide recruiter asking for my availability for the next 2 weeks to set up an interview.
I answered and received no response.
The following Monday I got the same email from the same recruiter, and this time my response got a response.
I came in and interviewed, it took about a half hour and was told that the GM would enter her notes into the system and then Tesla would decide from there if there would be a second interview.
At the end of the week I got an email that they were moving forward with someone more closely aligned, and was encouraged to try again in the future.

Question 1
Why Tesla? What makes you want to work at this company?
At least 3 to 4 rounds of interview with recruiter, manager and additional manager. make sure you know the mission and stand with their culture. Fast paced it went really quick. If they like you, they'll invite for an additional interview. It would somehow in the middle, not very hard not very easy.
