Wow the most unprofessional hiring process I ever had! I applied via there website a month later I get an email asking when I am available to have a chat about the role. I reply back and get a phone call the next day. The woman states the salary and a vague job description to me. The salary was very low compared to what I was thinking. I tell her I will have a think about it as I am in the process of other job applications. She then responds to tell me “well I would rather you tell me now as I am tired at it is 5pm” I was so shocked by this response I then tell her I cannot give you that awnser now. She then responds to tell me well you don’t seem very keen so we will call it a day good luck on your career search. i then proceeded to tell her that I have never come across a company that does not allow a candidate time to think over a job offer. She was adamant about the process and just wished me good luck again and cut the call
