They ask multiple questions, starting with basics of right to work and how you would commute, and then ask how you would apply yourselves in and how you have shown you can overcome challenge

Can you tell me a time you used effective planning to help navigate a difficult probelm
i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to
invlolved a tour around the department
asked about my availability and previous work experience
lovely place to work and would work here again
