The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
Had a short interview with the store manager who asked me questions about skills (teamwork, communication, etc.), things like "Describe a time when you worked in a team" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond a customer's expectations".
