Interview
Relaxed and friendly throughout the entire interview process. Was asked questions about my experience, availability and why I want the job. Was then asked to work on the shop floor for 10-15 minutes before some final questions at the end of the interview.
A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

Describe a time you have worked successfully in a team
face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job
Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
