easy and friendly. there are a number of competency questions and just questions about you. also a couple of scenario questions. nothing particularly difficult. will also ask about best times and if any holidays planned

a client complains about not having something in stock - how do you respond
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
