4-5 questions about situational judgement , previous experience and personality questions such as how would you get to know your colleagues better. The interview lasts about 15 mins and they also ask for your availability so have this prepared and don’t get steamrolled into putting more down than you can do.

Tell me about an experience where you went above and beyond and showed great customer service.
How would you better get to know your colleagues on shift?
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
