Was a relaxed interview from start to finish felt more at ease and able to answer the questions better, they asked about 5 questions then you done a bit of time on the checkouts helping to bag pack to show how you interacted

Question 1
Questions were based on explaining a time when you done something etc then you would explain how you met this criteria
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
