The interview took about half and hour. They ask the usual customer focused questions. Mainly scenario-based questions, for example, what did/would you do in this specific situation or scenario? They also ask some questions about your skills.
Everything was conducted in an orderly and professional manner, one of the better interviews I've seen. Questions weren't too difficult, just prepare beforehand with knowing your CV back to front and prepare questions about previous experience, strengths, weaknesses and such!
