Interview
Very easy, I met my department manager in a backroom office at the store. Answered a few questions before he'd said I already had the job! He was very approachable and easy going with me, asking what school I was at, what I was studying etc... Very well done.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
