Firstly you will have questions to answer online, multiple choice. Basically you always put the customer first. The interview was informal and chatty. You can wear casual/smart clothes. They asked me to talk about myself and then why I wanted the job, how flexible I am.

They asked me to tell them about myself and about any customer service experience.
A single interview consisting of only three fairly common interview questions followed by the opportunity to ask any questions of your own. Compared to other recruitment processes I have experienced it had less components.

Describe a time you have worked successfully in a team
face to face, and in the store where the manager was very kind and respectful towards me and i had a fantastic experience speaking with her about my experience and knowledge about the job
Stood at till packing bags interacting with customers while interviewer wandered off. Then was contacted to say I didn’t get the job. Wasn’t great and didn’t get a good vibe
