The interview process is quite straight forward. I sent in my application and was brought forward for an informal teams interview and then followed by an in-person interview a week later. The interviews were simple and straightforward.

Initial screening Phone call with recruiter followed by 3 interviews. First with manager both scenario and character based questions, call with team member before a final interview with another manager
The interview was nothing out of the ordinary, they asked about my previous roles, expectations, aspirations. Pretty standard. The interview was in person too. I recommend just being yourself and have questions ready
This was a very thorough interview process and I was given the opportunity to explain my career progress in a lot of detail. The questions asked across the board were challenging, but fair.
