Quick phone interview . Lasted 30 mins. Previous experience, reason for applying. Specific skills which are transferred to position. Current employer and the reason for wanting to move. Preferred locations to work at and when I could start
The interview was well structured and began formal, leading into a conversational style with the interviewer asking about personal background, relevant work history and what i hope to get from the role.
The interview began with a friendly introduction and some background questions about my experience.
We then discussed my skills in detail through a mix of situational and technical questions.
It concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions and learn more about the role and company.
