Started with an initial group interview, consisting of questions and a teamwork exercise, had to answer questions on products and customer service. Followed by individual questions in a second stage .
Good interview they asked questions about the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the other guy who was in the sun and the differences between me too and the differences between me or whatever you do
Very easy extremely relaxing environment and great team of people to meet. Wouldn’t have thought I was in an interview. But great experience. Tesco should be proud of there interview process
