Interview
The interview was more on OOPS concepts and design parts than coding solutions. The interviewer was more concentrated on how the person is responding to real-time problems and was asking questions which need out of the box answers. Especially, more emphasis on the Designing part-like how would you design a game,Website All front-end stuff

It was for nodejs backend. was asked questions related to Js like hoisting, closures etc. then moved on to questions related to nodejs and it's internal working , questions on npm etc. Then asked scenario based behavioural questions.

Interview
Quick and straight forward. Starting with an online assessment which contains game-based exercises that test your logical reasoning, basic maths, emotional intelligent, and customer service skills. These game-based exercises are fair, not stressful and very straight forward with increasing difficulty to test your limit. Afterward you will also receive personalised feedbacks. Then you will also receive an invitation for video interview which contains 5 questions. These question focus on your abilities and how it is relevant to jobs as well as examples in the past that demonstrate these skills. Finally, if you get accepted, you will be invited to assessment centre.

I first introduced myself, then they asked me some questions, and then I asked them some questions about the company. After that, it was over. Overall, it went very well.
