I applied for the job online just once, at first I was unsuccessful but a month went by and I received a phone call from an employee at Tesco inviting me for an interview to attend within the next few days... when I arrive I saw that it was a group interview, there was six of us there was supposed to be eight. We introduced ourselves, we were then asked to build a tower in teams of 3, we then answered interview questions.

Question 1
Tell me a time you went above and beyond for somebody
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
