I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
Waited around 2 weeks to get my interview. When I arrived there were 9 of us, all in the same room having a group interview. Staff were really friendly and instantly put me at ease.
We started off by splitting in to 3 groups and made a paper tower; this calmed nerves a bit and let everyone come out their shells.
We then were asked a few interview questions where we'd put our hands up and speak.
I waited 2 weeks after my interview to find that they no longer had vacancies in the area I was interviewed, but offered another role which I accepted.

Very simple easy and feels a like chat normally has two people in the room with you asks the basic questions! And then shows you around the work place, interview lasts about 30 minutes
Applied online and completed scenario based activity (what should you do in this situation etc) and then received phone call to book an interview in store with the manager in the following days
