Interview
Applied online, was calles to interview, group interview, askes basoc questions and filled out a h&s form and availability form. Followed this bub demonstrating our bag packing skills at the checkout.
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
