Applied online, got a call a few days later to have an interview the following day
asked to bring passport and P45
did a group activity with 3 others (8 of us in total in the interview) to demonstrate teamwork
managers took us out individually to ask us shift working times and some questions

Question 1
how did you modify your behaviour when dealing with a certain customer
Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
Very easy, just asked a few questions about my experience and my availability on time etc. what days i can work and my flexability on the dates i can do
