Sat in a room and was asked very standard interview questions. I answered most of them easily but struggled on one about a fire alarm, can't remember the exact details. I still got the job though and was asked to come in next week to do training.

Easy - just wanted to know if I had any customer service experience. Was offered the job in 2 weeks and started the week after.quick process and nice friendly company
It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
