Interview
Once u find vacancies online. You would apply for them and also have to do a personality test which allows them to see whether u are suitable for the role. You would get an email within cuple weeks regarding whether u have been accepted to the next process or not . If u do then a phone interview will be necessary and if successful and interview face to face .
i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.
straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to

asked about my availability and previous work experience
