The interview was quite brief and straightforward. Not much focus on career opportunities or growth. You are essentially just another number at the end of the day and seems they always need an interviewer as everyone leaves

Easy breezy, answer why you want to work there and they give you scenario questions which are easy to provide narrative on. Just use your initiative and they will hire you
