Had a group interview at Tesco, only 3 of us showed up (including me) out of 5 people. Two manager's did the interview - one from the store i was applying for, and another manager from a different Tesco did the interview. They first asked us about our availability and previous work experience. Then they asked us several questions in which we had to discuss and answer within group. However the main group activity was planning a day charity event for the store. Finally they said they'd be in contact the next day even if you have or haven't got the job, but i got a call on the same day offering me the job.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
