The interview was with one individual and thus it was a more chilled environment than other interviews. It also consisted of only one stage rather than multiple interviews with different individuals across the shop.
Quick interview, only 5 questions and all competency based. One was situational judgement but wasn’t difficult. Very informal took place in the staff room. Asked question about previous experience in customer service

various questions about experience and scenarios and what i would do. all fine and as expected and also asked about availability and when i could start the job. good experience all round.
