Interview
The HR team was quite professional. The interviews took place at the mentioned time and there we no undue waiting. 3 i9nterviews in all. A telephonic HR round, a round with the hiring manager and a round with the director.
The work culture is quite relaxed as this is a captive centre. The emphasis is more on employee engagement and satisfaction.
The people are very friendly and the offices are a good facility
Great interview process. Tough questions and interesting staff. I thought it was tough to relocate to Bengaluru but it was absolutely fineeeee. Watch out for the recruiter though. They tend to overcompensate.

Like most companies. Two rounds with the HR team and Two rounds with the Management. They negotiate the salary at the end. Your personality is also gauged. The HR team is very friendly and guide you in the process. Also give you a heads up on the nature of the interviewer if they see potential in you. The Manager rounds are very difficult. They grill you on your CV from end to end. They also check your behavior.
