I met quite a number of the interviewers for different roles and during interviews, I received positive feedback but each time after the interview, complete silience and then when I was about to forget about this company, someone else approached me from the company and mentioned about another role that i might be of a good fit, same bad experience again, I get ghosted, Honestly, I really don't know what's going on in this division. Are they really seriously hiring ? It's quite disappointing when people actually made the efforts and spent the time to prepare and meet up with the different interviewers , only to going through the same bad experience. However, in general, the interviewers are quite nice people, friendly and not intimidating. I hope they relooked at the hiring process and interview, ensure they are seriously looking to fill in a specific role and properly communicated the feedback and outcome. This is a form of respect for the candidates' time.
