Interview
Straightforward, recruiter was friendly and transparent about the process. I had an initial interview with People Ops, followed by hiring manager. All took place within 1.5 weeks. Positive experience overall.
Met with a variety of different team members, exploring team placement and fit. It was casual and open, as there was not a formal internship program in place. Conversations were more oriented around scoping out a clear role & value-add.

Interview
Initial comms in email, then interviews set up on Google Meet with people across different functions. The experience overall was really great -- these people have grouped together to have a very positive impact on humankind, and it shows. :)
