Was called for a 15 min phone interview. Went well. I was sent some paperwork to fill out by email and was told once I send them back, I'll be scheduled for an in-person interview and was asked what days work best for me. I sent the paperwork back the same day. Two days passed, didn't hear back. I called the HR person to make sure everything was received, she told me yes and she would get back with me once they review it. A few more days passed, I sent a follow up email, no reply. A professional company usually sends an email whether it was negative or positive. On a side note, when I called and asked for XYZ, the lady who answered the phone responded by: "DO YOU KNOW HER?" what kind of response is that?! never called a company and asked for someone to be told "Do you know him/her?"
