I applied for the position on one day, received an email the next day asking me to call to arrange an interview but I received a call on that same before having responded to the email to arrange said interview. On the morning of the day of the interview, I received a call asking me to confirm whether I would make myself present on the day, which I did. Arrived at the interview, the people seemed very friendly but gave very little information about the job and seemed to have not looked at my CV at all. The interviewer mentioned that TEPO Consultancy is a big firm with many branches, but none can be found on the Internet. Also, the office also seems quite bare, and the furnishings look almost like props that were placed there as part of a ruse. Having read reviews, prior to my first interview, about this employer on here, I decided not to waste any more of my or their time by not myself present the subsequent interview I was invited to. This short-lived process confirmed, in my opinion, what some other reviewers had already said about TEPO Consultancy.
