Standard run of the mil customer service interview, fairly casual, mostly questions like " what makes a great customer service experience to you?" etc. and availability. Don't sweat it. Wear smart casual

The interview was held by one manager and had an informal vibe. The questions were basic customer service ones, mainly based on previous experience, with no behavioural questions.
There was no second interview after the first one was successful.

Do you have previous experience behind the bar or waitressing?
Easy going and quick interview, discussed some competencies of customer service experiences etc. Overall wasn’t too stressful, and there was lots of room to add in extra info about yourself if you wanted.
