The interview process initially starts as a first round interview which then, if chosen, becomes a second round. You will be emailed with a video to watch which explains the position and it is very important to watch the video due to the high stress environment you will be dealing with. You then will be asked to fill out a references sheet as well as sign a form. From there you will be contacted for the either phone or virtual interview, as due to COVID all in-person are on hold.
