In person interview at the TDOT office in Nashville. Panel interview of the main director in division and two upper employees in the division. Lots of questions that were prepared. One typed the responses, other two filled out sheets with the responses. Pretty standard interview questions that are found on the other interviews posted. Was told I would hear next week if I got the position or the following week if I did not. Sent thank you email to the interviewers day after email and followed up with hiring manager to reiterate my interest the week after the following week because I never heard a yes or no. Never got any responses. Needs to be better at respecting candidate's efforts and time they put into interviews!
