I applied through university. I interviewed at Tennessee Department of Health (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2026
Interview
Hearing back from the org after applying was surprisingly quick. The interview itself was easygoing, warm and inviting. The questions asked regarding logistics, interest, and experiences were simple and valid. I left the interview feeling positive about the opportunity.

Question 1
What is one strength you'd bring to this team, and what's a weakness that your supervisor could help with?
I interviewed at Tennessee Department of Health (Bolivar, TN)
Interview
The interview went well as far as the atmosphere and vibe. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming at face value. I assumed that the entire process would be professional, however that was not the case. after the interview I was told I would hear back whether I was chosen for the position or not. IF I was an elected candidate, I would receive a phone call, if not, I would instead receive an email. I emailed the director for that district, as she was one of the interviewers, asking for feed back and never received a response at all. I then called the Health Department and spoke with the clinic supervisor, as she was an interviewer as well, to let her know that I never received any communication after my interview and she assured me someone would contact me soon.
I never received any form of communication.
