They were not able to describe the position or its level. I met with 3 different people who described the job completely differently. They sent me a test that has nothing to do with Project Management, it was a Head of retention test a 100%, which was pretty easy though. They are just fishing for high profiles to get ideas during the interview process but are willing to pay only junior salaries.

There was an overview of the company and the PM team then the direct manager introduced his approach and expectations which were fair. The last thing was talking about my experience and the challenges I faced in a previous job.
