I applied through other source. I interviewed at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development
Interview
Three rounds of interview. HR screening, background + behavioural questions, and situational questions. The interviews took around 3 weeks with a week gap between each other. It was pretty conversational and panel asked a lot of follow up questions.

Question 1
What do you know about the tenderloin neighbourhood?
I interviewed at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development
Interview
The phone screen went great and the recruiter seemed very interested and wanted to move fast before another organization hired me. Had my interview and they seemed hot and cold. I sent a thank you email after the interview and was told they would let me know the next week. I never heard from them again. It felt disrespectful and confusing as they seemed very excited and wanted to move fast. After how I was treated it makes me wonder how I would be treated when I actually work there when they don't keep their word when I am a candidate.

Interview
Very friendly panel of interviewers. Three step process with a phone call of interest, interview panel and then update on progress. They were quick to respond to my application. Communication was clear and they made themselves available for questions.
