Very easy they give opportunities to anyone they asked scenario questions, the people that was on the panel were pretty straightforward, depending who you had in your panel.
Even if you get the question they’re gonna help you answer it because they in desperate need

If a client come in drunk and need it to talk about services, how would you go about with this client?
First there was a phone screen that took about 20 minutes, and then I was invited to come in for an interview. The interview lasted an hour and included a writing sample.

It is an Average phone screen and interview process. Very common interview questions about the position and the population you would be working with. Some scenario questions, nothing overly difficult! Very nice people to speak
