The process is beneficial for the interviewees. All interviews are conducted via online video recording, and the interview questions are straightforward. There are no technical questions. I met Tenaris HR at the career fair.

The hardest part was probably the written test. The in person interview was mostly to get to know you and your way of thinking, no difficult questions.
