I had a first interview with a talent manager in the HR team in South Africa. She was very friendly and the interview felt like a casual chat rather than a formality. It sounded like a great opportunity and company, however the process was quite slow. I had already accepted another offer for a different role when I finally heard back about the next stage 3-4 weeks later.
